Mushroom Chicken Steam Rice


Ingredient(s)
 1. Cut Chicken
 2. Mushroom
 3. Rice
 4. Egg
 5. Sauce
       i. Sesame Oil
      ii. Soy Sauce
     iii. Dark Soy Sauce
     iv. Salt

Ingredients


Marinated chicken, mushroom, egg and rice
Step(s)
1. Prepare the sauce to marinate the chicken (Sesame oil, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and salt to taste)
2. Marinate the chicken with the sauce for 5-10minutes then put in the mushroom to marinate together
3. Wash the rice and pour in everything into a pot and steam it in wok with boiled water for 15minutes

4. Beat an egg on top of the rice and continue to steam for 5minutes (if you prefer well cooked egg, shorten the time if you prefer half cooked egg)
5. Serve


Steamed rice is ready
