Ingredients |
1. Boil Mee Sua in water till el-dente
2. Fry spring onion and dried shrimp on hot pan till aromatic
3. Fry potato and celery on pan
4. Sprinkle some salt in the pan and break an egg into the pan
5. Fry the Mee Sua together with other ingredient and pour in soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sesame oil
6. Stir the dishes till color is even
7. Serve
