Cheesy Tuna Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce

Ingredient(s)
  1. Spaghetti
  2. Cheese
  3. Oregano
  4. Broccoli
  5. Tomato
  6. Garlic
  7. Carrot
  8. Salt
  9. Pepper
10. Tuna


Ingredient(s)

1. Blanch broccoli, carrot and tomato
2. Cook spaghetti till el-dente
2. Remove tomato skin and blend the tomato with some water
3. Fry garlic (keep some of the garlic to fry vege) on medium hot pan, then add in tuna to fry together
4. Sprinkle some oregano, salt and pepper to taste
5. Pour in the blended tomato into the pan and boiled together with cheese
6. Serve the spaghetti with the paste
7. Fry the remaining garlic and fry together with broccoli and carrot
8. Serve together with spaghetti

Ready to serve
