Fried Pumpkin Noodles

Ingredient(s)
 1. Minced Garlic and chilies
 2. Mix Vegetables
 3. Dried Shrimp
 4. Egg
 5. Chinese Cabbage
 6. Pumpkin Noodle

Step(s)

 1. Fry minced garlic, chili and dried shrimp till fragrant.
 2. Pour in some water and beat an egg and stir
 3. Fry together with mix vegetables.
 4. Put the well cook pumpkin noodle and fry together with other ingredient
 5. Fry together with Chinese cabbage
 6. Serve

Angry Bird Birthday Cake

It will be my birthday soon and my lovely sister made me an Angry Bird birthday cake for my birthday. It was a surprise for me as I want expected any cake. It is a strawberry chiffon cakes with Angry Bird decoration hand made by my sister.

Cheesy Tomato Mushroom Spaghetti

Ingredient(s)
1. Cubed Tomato
2. Cut mushroom
3. Spaghetti
4. Egg
5. Cheese

Mushrooms and tomatoes
Step(s)
1. Cook spaghetti till al-dente and serve on plate
2. Fry cubed tomatoes and cut mushroom on medium hot pan
3. Pour in some water and add salt as seasoning
4. When it start to boil, beat the egg and stir well
5. Place a cheese and top and heat it
6. Serve the ingredients with spaghetti

Dinner from Macallum Street Ghaut Night Market

Today I went to Macallum Street Ghaut to hunt for dinner in the weekly night market. Although it is still early when I reach around 6:30pm. But, it was unusually crowded with stalls and people.

What I first hunt in the night market is Uncle Bob Taiwan Spicy Fried Chicken. It was my favorite. Juicy chicken chop fried with flour and the spice as seasoning.

After get a hand on my appetizer, I took a long time to get my main course. After walking around the night market, I decided to get Keow Teow Soup as my dinner.

So, here it is, my dinner for tonight:

Jumbo Rice Vermicelli Soup

Ingredient(s)
 1. Cut Garlic
 2. Rice Vermicelli
 3. Pork Meat Balls
 4. Mix Vegetables
 5. Dried Shrimp
 6. Egg
 7. Baby Lettuce

Step(s)
 1. Cook rice vermicelli till al-dente and serve on plate
 2. Fry garlic and dried shrimp on hot pan till aromatic
 3. Beat an egg and stir 
 4. Pour in a cup of water
 5. Put the cut pork meat balls into the soup
 6. Boiled the soup then put in mix vegetables and baby lettuce
 7. Serve the soup with rice vermicelli
