Sliced garlic, dried Shrimp and sliced chili |
Egg |
Sliced cabbage and cut carrot |
Rice seasoned with soy sauce, dark soy sauce and pepper |
1. Fry dried shrimp, garlic and chili on hot wok till aromatic
2. Pour in cabbage and carrot to fry together
3. Beat egg and fry in the middle of the work
4. Stir well together with the cabbage
5. Pour in the rice and fry together
6. Serve with crispy fish chili sauce
