Tuna Fettuce

Ingredient(s)
 1. Fettuce
 2. Tuna
 3. Onion
 4. Salt
 5. Pepper Powder
 6. Oregano Powder

Ingredients

Fettuce, canned tuna and onion

Step(s)

 1. Cook fettuce until al dente

 2. Fry onion on pan till aromatic and fry together with tuna

 3. Pour in some water and season with salt, oregano powder and pepper powder

 4. Fry together with fettuce

 5. Serve

Sausage Mushroom Steamed Rice

Ingredient(s)
 1. Rice
 2. Mushroom
 3. Egg
 4. Sausage
 5. Seasoning
       i. Soy Sauce
      ii. Dark Soy Sauce
     iii. Pepper Powder
     iv. Sesame Oil

Ingredients

Sausage, mushroom, egg and rice

Step(s)
 1. Wash rice and pour into a bowl mix with the seasoning sauce

 2. Steam the ingredient in boiled water for 25minutes

 3. Beat an egg on top of the rice and continue steam for 2minutes

 4. Serve

 3. Shallot
 4. Dried Shrimp
 5. Chicken
 6. Egg
 7. Sausage
 8. Seasoning
       i. Soy Sauce
      ii. Dark Soy Sauce

     iv. Sesame Oil

Chicken, mushroom, seasoning, dried shrimp,
shallot, sausage and egg

Step(s)

 1. Fried shallot and dried shrimp in pan till aromatic
 2. Pour out the oil and mix with the seasoning sauce

 3. Marinate the chicken with seasoning sauce for 15-20minutes
 4. Wash rice and pour into a bowl

 5. Steam the ingredient in boiled water for 25minutes

 6. Beat an egg on top of the rice and continue steam for 2minutes

 7. Serve

New Spectacles After 5 Years

It had been 5 years I'm wearing my current spectacles until my colleagues dragged me to change my specs. This is due to my lens already turned yellowish and I felt my eyesight either increased or dropped.

So, it's time for a change. After went for eyes check, my result showing that my degree had dropped. Hence, have to change it.

I got my spectacles today, which is 2 days after my order. Now, I have to wear the new spectacles and get use to it.......

A visit to PC Expo March 2011

Today I went to PC Expo with Kelvin to shop for some electronic peripherals requested by friends. Compare to previous PC Fair organized by PIKOM, the PC Expo seems smaller. On the same day itself, there are 2 event carried on, PC Expo and Properties Fair.

When we reach the PISA, we directly enter to the concourse of PISA where the Properties Fair was held. Then, we only realize that we are wrong as our plan is PC Expo not the Properties Fair and compare to previous years, the PC fair was held in the concourse.

Since we entered the Properties Fair, so we just walk around before moving on to 1st floor where the PC Expo was held.
