2. Shallot

Mee Suah, Egg, cut shallots, dried shrimp and cut chilies |
1. Fry chilies, shallots and dried shrimps on hot pan till aromatic
2. Beat an egg and stir together
3. Add in some water
4. Season with soy sauce and pepper powder

6. Sprinkle oregano and wait for the soup to dry
