Fried Mee Suah

Ingredient(s)
1. Mee suah
2. Shallot
3. Chili
4. Dried Shrimp
5. Egg
6. Soy Sauce
7. Pepper Powder
8. Oregano Powder

Ingredients

Mee Suah, Egg, cut shallots, dried shrimp and cut chilies
Step(s)
1. Fry chilies, shallots and dried shrimps on hot pan till aromatic
2. Beat an egg and stir together
3. Add in some water

4. 
Season with soy sauce and pepper powder
5. Fry together with blanched mee suah
6. Sprinkle oregano and wait for the soup to dry
7. Serve

It's dinner time
