Penang Coconut Jelly

In a hot afternoon like this what will you think of? Ice Cream? Ice Kacang? Out of my daily norm, I got myself a coconut jelly from Joez Coconut at Jalan Dato Keramat, Penang.

Tomyam Bihun Soup

Ingredient(s)
 1. Nyonya Tomyam Paste
 2. Shallots

 3. Chicken
 4. Prawn

 5. Squid
 6. Tomato

 7. Mint

 8. Bihun (vermicelli)
 9. Chili


Ingredients


Step(s)
 1. Cook bihun till al dente
 2. Fry shallots and tomyam paste till aromatic
 3. Pour in 2 cup of water
 4. Boil with tomato and chili

 5. Continue to boil with chicken, prawn and squid
 6. Serve the soup with bihun and mints

Ingredients
 1. Chicken

 2. Egg
 3. Vegetable
 4. Tomato
 5. Dried scallop
 6. Garlic
 7. Bihun (vermicelli)

Step(s)
 1. Cook bihun till al dente
 2. Prepare the well cook egg
 3. Put chicken, dried scallop and garlic in boiled water
 4. Boil together with tomato
 5. Put in vegetables and boil a while
 6. Serve the soup with bihun and egg

Ingredient(s)
 1. Rice
 2. Butter
 3. Mix Vegetables
 4. Cubed Potato

 5. Cut shallots
 6. Sausage

 7. Cheese

Step(s)
 1. Wash the rice for 2 times
 2. Put everything in and pour in 1.5 cup of water
 3. Steam for 20minutes
 4. Place a piece of cheese and continue to steam for another 5minutes
 5. Serve
