Tomyam Bihun Soup

Ingredient(s)
 1. Nyonya Tomyam Paste
 2. Shallots

 3. Chicken
 4. Prawn

 5. Squid
 6. Tomato

 7. Mint

 8. Bihun (vermicelli)
 9. Chili


Ingredients


Step(s)
 1. Cook bihun till al dente
 2. Fry shallots and tomyam paste till aromatic
 3. Pour in 2 cup of water
 4. Boil with tomato and chili

 5. Continue to boil with chicken, prawn and squid
 6. Serve the soup with bihun and mints
