 4. Stir well and drop the fried chicken slice

 5. Serve

iPad 2

Today, I went to Switch and Harvey Norman to checkout the available stock in the store. As I expected, (although deep in my heart still hope there will be ready stock available) all the iPad 2 sold out within a day.

So, now have to wait for the delivery from online store. The estimated delivery date stated today is 23rd May 2011. Hope this date will not change in next few days.

Apple Store is now selling iPad 2 both black and white. The price starting from RM1.5K for 16GB Wi-Fi only model to RM2.5K for 64GB Wi-Fi + 3G model. For smart cover, the polyurethane case price is RM159 while the leather case is RM299. 

Which one should I go for? Wi-Fi + 3G 16GB or 32GB? Buy from online store or directly from reseller?

 1. Spread butter on bread and pan fry it on pan till crispy 

 2. Do the same for chicken slice

 3. Put sliced button mushroom in boiled water follow by the instant mushroom soup

 4. Stir well and serve

Straits Quay Penang Here I Go Again

Yesterday, I went to Straits Quay again, this time is to guide my sister to the exact location of Sugar which sold bakery items. Entering the main concourse from the ground floor car park, there are new decoration on the stage which was not there two weeks ago. I guess you can know how strong the wind blow for the day by counting the number of spinning wind mill.

Back to the location of Sugar, it is located at Quay West first floor (toward the entrance to Quay North from Quay West), just opposite Subway. They are providing classes such as Sugar Art and Bread Making. You can find more information in their blog.

While my sister shopping at Sugar, I had a walk outside to have the breezing air. Yes, you can see a yacht parking at the harbor.

Before calling the day off, I went to check on the new opening Charlie Brown Cafe and took a few shots. It was a bit rush as my sister need to go back soon. So, we do not stay for the food and drinks. I saw the staff are preparing for a party in the party room while a lot of people taking picture just about everywhere (I'm one of them).

Minced Pork Steamed Rice

 1. Rice
 2. Minced Pork
 3. Chicken Ham
 4. Mushroom
 5. Garlic 
 6. Seasoning
      i. Dark Soy Sauce
     ii. Soy Sauce
    iii. Pepper Powder
    iv. Sesame Oil

Rice with seasoning and mushroom; chicken ham;
minced pork season with sesame oil and soy sauce 

Ingredients

Step(s)
 1. Wash rice and pour into a bowl mix with the seasoning
 2. Season the minced pork with sesame oil and soy sauce

 3. Steam the ingredient in boiled water for 20minutes

 4. Put in the seasoned minced pork and chicken ham and continue to steam for 10minutes

 5. Serve

Just out from steamer

Stir well and serve

Another Visit to Straits Quay

Today I took a visit to Straits Quay with my mum which located at Tanjung Tokong (behind Island Plaza). Our plan for today is to help my sister locate one bakery shop, Sugar and get her some of bakery items.

After gotten all the items, we have a walk around the Straits Quay. We saw a ship from first floor center wing, which I think is from Norway (red flag with blue cross on top of a white cross) park at the harbor. It is sometime new which you will not see it everyday in Straits Quay. Normally the harbor will left blank or may be one or two small boat park at the there.

When walking toward the south part of Quay West, I'm excited to see the new Charlie Brown Cafe which still under renovation. It will be the first cafe in Malaysia with Snoopy and Charlie Brown desserts and drinks. Can't wait for it to open, I love how they play with the coffee.......

Where is our school bus?

When walking around Quay South, we saw a bakery shop, Four Season Bakery and decided to get some bread. The shop environment is good, you can have your tea break there with bread and wine or coffee. Not sure how will the bread taste, but it smell good when you entering the shop.
